Personality: Morton is an affable if not slightly eccentric individual. He can often be seen talking to himself. The average person on the street him might think him a kook, not knowing about his familiar Seth. Seth is a combination of his best friend and spell casting tool. Morton is an avid sleepwalker and typically finds himself in strange places and situations when he wakes up. He usually relies on Seth to fill him in on his nocturnal adventures.
Background: Morton "Morty" Keane was the born the first son of a herdsman belonging to a small nomadic tribe living on the outskirts of Kalzir. His father was driven into hiding after with a dispute with a friend of the family ended with the friend's death. Morty hasn't seen his father since he was 10. His mother took ill and died when he was 19. Morty left his tribe to study magic Kalzir. He became a utility mage and traveled with local malitia, creating fortifications and casting spells to place the company at strategic advantage. He has since left on a journey to find a specific spell he won't tell anyone about. He still writes to his sister, Alexandra, occasionally.
