23 years old. Grew up in Magnimar, under the Bridge, but moved to Sandpoint six years ago. Both parents are still alive, Arim (father) and Renza (mother). Only child. Middle class birth, parents were merchants between the Shadow plane and Magnimar.

When he was only a child, he made contact with a cervinal agathion. This meeting changed his life and made him approach life differently than the other children. While an early teen, a terrible plague afflicted his neighborhood. Zota caught the disease, but instead of dying from it, he flourished. As he grew healthier, so did everyone he came into contact with. Zota grew especially close with his father, Arim. He taught Zota everything he knows about the world. Zota promised his father that he would be a help to those around him, always.

Zota failed to step in and help a cleric in Magnimar who was being assaulted in an alleyway. Scared, Zota fled. He doubts to this day that he could have saved the cleric, but also secretly regrets doing nothing at all. He pressured his parents into moving away from Magnimar after the incident.

Enneagram 6; reliable, hard-working, responsible, and trust-worthy. Most of the time, runs on stress and complaining about situations. Very cautious, doubts his own confidence and decision making. ANXIOUS. Worries about worst case scenarios. Loyal to proven trustworthy friends, and will end up trusting their opinions over his own.

Curse: Haunted - Malevolent spirits follow you wherever you go, causing minor mishaps and strange occurrences. Retrieving any stored item from your gear requires a standard action, unless it would normally take longer. Any item you drop lands 10 ft away from you in a random direction. Add Mage Hand and Ghost Sound to your list of spells known. 5th level increase, 10th level increase, 15th level increase.

- 1st level: Safe Curing - Whenever you cast a spell that cures the target of hit point damage, you do not provoke attacks of opportunity for spellcasting.
