Zaane grew up in small commune with a very close knit family structure. They taught her to learn fighting as an art, each motion a complete work or art. There was nothing more important than beauty and friendship. She left her commune with her father, learning more about the world, and searching for beauty in the darkness of this Spellscarred existance.

Confronted by death and destruction around every corner, including the death of her father, Zaane had almost given up hope. Just when she thought that her Goddess Sune had left the Realms because of the atrocities that are running rampant, Zaane began hearing stories of the Champions of Correlan. Thier tales of bravery were so beautiful and inspiring, thier friendship and commitment to each other sounding legendary. Hearing that there was a survivor, Zaane knew that it was Sune's will that she seek him out and offer her assitance. Her faith in love and humanity restored, she set off......
